e-Learning Module on Mainstreaming in Care, Education and Employment
Services to support the inclusion of persons with disability in mainstreamed environments
The e-learning module comprises 3 videos and a selection of relevant reading materials focusing on mainstreaming services in the three areas of Employment, Care and Education.
The three videos explore each topic presenting good-practices from EPR members’ experience in delivering services, and integrating it with experts’ opinions on policy developments for each subject. At the end of each video, short quizzes will help the self-assessment of the learning outcomes.
The course below addresses a large audience, general public,
interested professionals and service users, and aims at improving understanding about the importance of mainstreamed services towards social inclusion.
Your Instructor
EPR is a network of service providers to people with disabilities committed to excellence and innovation through mutual learning. EPR contributes to a society where every person with a disability or other disadvantages accesses the highest quality services that create equal opportunities and independent participation in society. EPR activities go beyond traditional mutual learning exchanges. EPR members co-create and pilot innovative products, tools and methods to better meet the needs of clients, employers and funders. Professionals from EPR members gather to benchmark and analyse effectiveness in service provision over time; improving quality of services and quality of life for clients, as well as positively impacting their daily work experience. The goal of the network is to assist its member organisations to achieve continuous professional improvement, best practice and sustainable growth in every aspect of service delivery to people with disabilities and other disadvantages.
